We pride ourselves on our delivery service and aim to dispatch all orders on the working day after they are received by us for stock items and 5-10 working days for manufactured items. Please ensure that your shipping address details are correct, as they are used exactly as input by yourself when submitting your order. We are not responsible for orders with incorrect or missing information should they not reach you.
Our Shipping Methods vary according to the weight of the goods ordered as follow:-
Goods weighing up to 1kg will be sent by recorded delivery via Standard 1st Class UK Mail. We would advise that packages sent by this method are usually received within 1-5 working days from dispatch. The cost of this delivery is £5.75 inc VAT.
Goods weighing between 1kg – 20kg will be sent by Parcel Courier. This method is fully secure and we can track and trace the order for you. Orders placed by this method should reach you on the following working day, although there may be delays. We will endeavour to ensure that goods leave our warehouse on the day that the order is received, providing that the item is in stock, or on the same day that goods reach us from our suppliers. Please note that goods dispatched on a Friday will normally be delivered the following Monday. Orders sent via this method will require a signature upon receipt. The cost of this delivery is £15.00 plus VAT.
Goods weighing over 20kg will be sent by Parcel Courier 3 day service. This method is fully secure and we can track and trace the order for you. Orders placed by this method should reach you in 3 working days, although there may be delays. We will endeavour to ensure that goods leave our warehouse on the day that the order is received, providing that the item is in stock, or on the same day that goods reach us from our suppliers. Orders sent via this method will require a signature upon receipt. The cost for this delivery is £15.00 per 20kg consignment, plus 30p per kilo thereafter, plus VAT.
Our delivery service ensures that orders to most mainland areas of the UK will be delivered within 3 working days after the dispatch date. Please Note: Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays, and a signature will be required.
Remote areas such as Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, the Isles of Scilly and the Isle of Wight incur a delivery surcharge of £18.00 you will be notified of the charge in the shopping cart. Please allow extra time for delivery.
We cannot be held liable for any consequential loss caused by late delivery or failure to deliver by the carrier or Royal Mail.
CREDIT CARD SECURITY
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128-bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any website.
We guarantee your satisfaction. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, please return the goods within 7 days in a new and unused condition together with your receipt. We will either exchange the item immediately or provide you with a full refund. This does not apply to “made to order” items

Changes to or cancellation of an order
If you wish to change or cancel an order, contact our Customer Service team on 020 8974 1271 any time between 8.00am and 5.00pm, Monday to Friday. Please have the order number and date the order was placed to hand. Manufactured orders cannot be cancelled once in production.
Tracking of orders
To check your order status, just click on the Your Orders link at the top of the page, sign in and then View Orders.
- Order Received – means your order has not yet been processed.
- Order Processing– means your order could be at any point between the warehouse receiving it and dispatching your goods.
- Dispatched – means your order has left our warehouse. You will receive an email confirming dispatch. Depending on your carrier, you may receive a separate email from us detailing how to track your order once it has left our warehouse.
- Cancelled – means your order has been cancelled either by your or by us.
If you find that your order has only been partially delivered, this may be because other items are being dispatched from a different location. However, if your order is obviously incomplete, over-delivered or damaged, or if you wish to change or cancel your order, please email us or telephone 020 8974 1271 any item between 8.00am and 5.00pm, Monday to Friday.
